I just got this vaccum and I am really happy with it so far. It cleans and mops perfectly, it is smart and I like the self drying self cleaning mop feature. It navigates perfectly around the apartment. It was also very easy to assemble and set up.

Ya tengo muchos años con una roomba y quería intentar una con mop. La verdad es muy buena, para mis pisos de cerámico yendo todavía un tema de cómo hace que se note menos el paso( comoSi fueran manchas circulares de agua, se nota poco pero si ayuda mucho a limpiar. CreoQue meArrepiento de no haber pedido la que sigue hacia arriba en los modelos. No le doy 5 porque sigo explotando como disminuir las marcas de las mopas en pisos de cerámica. Lo que sí es de resaltar es que prácticamente no chica con nada, a diferencia de una roomba i4+ que chocaba con todo…

I have uneven stone tiles in part of my house, and while I really liked my Tineco wet vacuum, its brush was too wide to clean the full surface effectively. I decided to try a robot vacuum with smaller pads, and the Dreame product was a great choice for my needs.The Dreame isn’t perfect—like many have mentioned, the app is a bit clunky. However, once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Since I already have four other Dreame vacuums (no mops), it’s convenient to control all of them through the same app.In terms of cleaning, it’s pretty good—not as thorough as a manual scrub, but effective enough for daily messes, especially if you have young children and a dog like I do. It’s a relief to have a “set and forget” robot that handles the work while I focus on other things. Of course, there’s some maintenance involved, like emptying the water and dust bags and washing parts, but it’s far easier than manual mopping or using a wet vacuum.It’s worth noting that the vacuum takes quite a long time to run. I let mine clean every other day, and I’m loving the consistently clean floors. Overall, I’d recommend this product, as long as you have realistic expectations about its capabilities. It’s a great tool for maintaining cleanliness without too much effort!

The L10s Ultra costs $400 at the time of writing. I have used it for a couple months now.Pros:- It cleans well. You can control the vacuum & mopping levels in the app. It does a great job of cleaning up dust, pet hair, and dirt.- Mapping. The robot maps the floor, so it can evenly clean everywhere, and it can automatically determine where to vacuum and where to mop. It also attempts to avoid obstacles, but it isn't perfect. It seemed to navigate between chair legs well though.- It's quiet. It's quieter than my previous Roomba and I'm pretty sure this one has higher suction too, which is lovely.- It's relatively easy to set up and use. It automatically mops your floor. I plan to replace the water and empty the dust bag every 3 uses. Both are easy to remove from the base.- Scheduling / remote use. You can set automatic cleaning schedules in the app. You can also remotely start and monitor the bot.Cons:- Google Home integration. From what I can gather online, I should be able to add it as a device in the Mi Home app, then port it to Google Home. However, after I connected it to the Mi Home app, I was able to see the bot status, but I wasn't able to send any input to the bot. Then I tried to port it to Google Home, but received an error stating no compatible devices were available from the Mi Home app. This is a big bummer because I would like to use Google Home to trigger the bot to run when I'm not home. I'll probably try again in a week. For now, I am using the Dreame app and stuck settings a hardcoded schedule.- Unpolished software. This bot seems like it was originally designed for China and then adapted for other countries as an after-thought. The text in the app feels like it's been translated with mediocre quality. It could use some more detailed descriptions of the settings as well. This is a pretty minor inconvenience though and it didn't prevent me from configuring the bot as desired.- No replacements included. It would have been nice to have a replacement filter, bag, and brush included. Individual replacements through the Dreame store are expensive, so I will probably just have to buy a parts bundle here on Amazon when the time comes.

So after watching a lot of videos on robot vacuums/mop combos this robot stood out as the midway point between the best and the worst. It's not the best at anything but can sweep and mop efficiently. After testing it for a year and a few months here are the things I noticed:Unlike my Neato vacuum I noticed that this guy needed to do 2 passes to be more effective at cleaning, one pass would still leave some debri behind so I set it to 2 passes every night and set it to mop 2 times a week to maintain the floor, other than a few times getting stuck on some chairs it did well. To be honest I was a little bit dissapointed that thiss 700 dollar machine couldn't get it right in one pass but I was willing to compromise. I like that the auto empty works very well it would instantly clean anything out of the dust bin and as long as you check it every few months depending on the use it will work great and the bags last a while.Another mildly annoying this is that you basically trade emptying out the little trash bin from previous models with having to maintain the robot, about every few weeks you need to clean the sensors on the robot and clean the scrubbing pad for the mop pads because they can get very nasty which again I can live with, but still for 700 dollars there should be something better.Now the biggest CON, after the year warranty elapsed the robot developed a very loud noise from the main roller brush and doesn't seem to be able to pick up debri as efficiently as it did before, I woke up one morning to find just a lot of the dirt shifted and spread to the different corners. I reached out to support and after getting passed the useless AI telling you to make sure there's nothing stuck on the brush I finally got a person on the other line that is basically sending me pre-made messages of a script no tact whatsoever and basically nothing can be done because the miserable 1 year warranty on a 700 dollar machine already elapsed. There was no attempt at diagnosing or to give a solution to keep the customer and I'm not saying fix it for free but something along the lines of "I understand you're upset, let us make this right for you, I'll send a prepaid box to your address to ship the machine to us and we can take a look at it and give you and estimate". Not even that.I will never be buying from this brand again and I cant recommend it to anyone. If the support tech was at least a bit more understanding and had offered me a reasonable repair service I would have left 5 stars, but this company doesn't care about the consumer and franky I don't care to spend my money here anymore.
