Even after attaching the bridge and stringing my guitar, the intonation screws still were a little too sloppy for my standard

I got this roller bridge for a project. I just got around to installing it. So it is too late to return it, but it vibrates. Everything is correct. The roller's just vibrate and make a lot of noise. It's no good. I'm going to throw it in the trash.

I always replace the standard tuneomatic style. Bridges with blade saddles with the roller type to reduce The Strain and stress on the strings At the saddle. this was a perfect replacement.

Sturdy product, no wiggle room for imperfect guitars. If your bridge to nut is right on, get this bridge. Good value

This fit my Gretsch G5655TG perfectly. Just loosen the strings, removed the tune-a-matic, and returned. Didn't this the color matched at first, but once installed, it looks and works perfect.

This and a Vibramate string spoiler go on all my Bigsby equipped guitars as soon as I get them.

Perfect for PRS SE Bigsby. Good sustain and less string breakage vs stock bridge - perfect fit

I ordered this bridge with the intent of installing it on a 2006 American Les Paul Studio guitar, selecting the black model as I thought it would look sharp in contrast with its gold hardware. However, the main feature that attracted me are the roller saddles. These are designed to allow the guitar to remain in tune much more reliably (especially following bends) and also result in less string wear.Other initial observations, all positive:- Nice all-around craftsmanship.- Dimensions of the bridge block itself match the original.- The thumb-wheel posts are alternately adjustable using an Allen wrench (included), which is much easier than turning them by hand.On to my experience with installation:- Threads on the supplied posts are much too small for this model/year Les Paul. That was sort of expected since an American-made Gibson was unlikely to have metric threads, at least not one that’s 15 years old. No biggie, I simply left the original posts in place as suggested in the product description.- Bridge holes fit the original posts with no issues.- Next, I was ready to set-up string height, which is where my problems began. I hope I don’t put anyone to sleep with all this detail, but it’s necessary to describe exactly what I ran into:Gibson’s specification for Les Paul string height is 4/64” on the high-E string and 6/64” on the low, measured at the 12th fret.Even with both post thumbscrews completely bottomed out on the body, l couldn’t obtain a height of less than 7/64” on the high-E string and 9/64” on the low. Curious, since as previously described the block dimensions matched the original bridge. This was true no matter how intonation or the stop-bar tailpiece were adjusted, which wasn’t surprising since these should have little to no effect on string height anyway. After a few more measurements, I finally discovered the why this was. The saddles on this bridge are roughly 8/64” tall (both high and low E), and the stock bridge saddles measure half that (4/64”).I certainly can’t speak for every Les Paul on the planet, but in a nutshell it seems this bridge can’t be adjusted to spec unless the supplied M4 thumb-wheel posts fit your guitar. If on the other hand you own a similar model to mine and can live with significantly higher action (not to mention corresponding pick-up height adjustments), you may be satisfied with this product. It just doesn’t suit my playing style, and I wound up re-installing the original bridge in order to get the action back down to what I’d consider a sane string height.Needless to say, as with nearly all aftermarket parts, your mileage may vary.
