This little rain coat is adorable. It fits our nine pound pups perfectly. The fabric is waterproof and keeps them dry. The hood with eyes on top is functional and keeps theor faces dry. The stitching is done well and clean. It is budget friendly and giftable. This would be a cute addition to a little pups wardrobe. We recommend this foggy raincoat to others.

Pretty good, durable feeling material and looks cute. I'd recommend sizing up for your dog, it runs a little smaller than expected.
