I’ve had mine for a few years now and it still works great. The battery is long lasting so perfect for my shoot days. No issues

I'll get that bad stuff about this outta the way first. The gimbal is largely incompatible with late model Android phones. I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ & I can't use apps like FiLMiC Pro with it, because DJI are... well, they're DJI. Though I "can" use DJI's own app on my phone with this gimbal. But, the app doesn't allow full access to my phone's cameras & manual controls. The gimbal's stability is really good... BUT! There's a big BUT here. Filming close-ups & macros either may be asking too much of the gimbal's stability or its software isn't quite there yet. Either way, doing close-up videos is where the gimbal gets a little janky & the shots aren't as stable as what they could be. IE I can tell when the gimbal begins to correct for orientation changes in the footage. But, mid to long-range shots, that instability is unnoticeable in the footage & that's probably what DJI have set this gimbal up for.If I at the very least had access to the gimbal's PID gain settings, I'd tighten them up a little more. But, that's me (I do software engineering). Now, the good stuff...Standalone, the gimbal works really well & it makes a world of difference in my videos in terms of stability. It allows me to get professional level cinematic footage, that even my phone's own built-in stability will never be able to do.I like the fact that the gimbal has its own hard shell case. THIS is a necessary accessory for me, as I live in an area where six months' worth of dust falls on everything within the space of 24 hours... & that's no mark of exaggeration either. So, the case protects the gimbal from that dust very well. That's pretty much it.

Excellent gimbal, works like a charm with Note 10+. Just like with all gimbals, there is a learning curve to balancing your phone on it. This Osmo packs up nice and small, which is great to have it ready OTF. The battery life is excellent and out lives my phone 3x. I let it still for a month, and it was fully charged and ready to go. Tracking is outstanding. It's also very lightweight, a little too much so for my taste but that's not a ding at all. The app was easy to navigate and has worked seamlessly for me.

So...idk how this is not more expensive. After having owned multiple pricey DJI drones in our family, I am amazed at the quality, functionality, and ability of this fair-priced gimbal. My sister and brother in law are both buying one nowThis gimbal works great with my Google Pixel 4 XL with a clear case on.We ordered this and had it delivered the next morning. I'm so glad we did because labor happened later that day. What are my favorite functionalities? The stand. It's simple, but allows everything to be smoothly captured. Tracking - also an amazing tool. The app - surprisingly good. I know it's had some updates - but I haven't had any problems with it! You have to remember to change the resolution right away in the app - but it doesn't think your pictures or videos by downgrading the resolution (other than 60fps not available with 4k res).We captured our first little ones birth with this gimbal and it worked so well. We have used it for a few hours and it still has near full battery. Did you know it can charge your phone with the included USB output??The bad:Using our wide angle lens attachment for my phone weights down one side - not doable, but not a deal-breaker.Thanks DJI for helping us capture our first kid's birth!!

Amazing product! First time trying to learn more about moviemaking and this is a very good start and very basic. Very helpful for somebody with no knowledge. Very good material and app needed to use the gimbal is very user friendly and has tons of features to play with. Stabilization is amazing, i chased my dog in an open field over the summer with it and it looked amazing!

I use this for my real estate business and social media and it does what you expect from it. I needed a gimbal that supported a larger device (LG V60 ThinQ) and it has no trouble supporting it even with a case on. It stays very stable and has easy to use buttons on it. My one gripe is that there is a zoom in/out switch on the left side of the handle, which is designed for someone who is holding it with their right hand. I'm a lefty and hold it with my left so zooming can be a bit awkward. For future designs, I would recommend all buttons be placed on the front side of the device to accommodate everyone. Regardless of that design flaw, I still love the device and the companion software. There is a tracker built into the DJI app that will allow the gimbal to follow your face when recording video if you have it on a tripod. Works really well for that. Very satisfied.

This is my first gimbal, I am very pleased with it's operation. I do wish it would hold my Note9 with the mophie case on, but I know it wouldn't balance well and that would probably cause issues. This review will be 5⭐ because of everything it can do, but I wish it could use the native camera options for some of the features it has like the very and horiz pano. The DJI's pano is fine but I prefer the native. A feature I would like, would be to be able to program a sweep into the gimbal that didn't require the DJI app interface. Just a basic up or down for "x" degrees from start point. Maybe someone who has way more experience with gimbals will have differing opinions, but setup was simple enough and I was able to start using it right away. There are some user issues I have seen with new users, but re-pairing the Bluetooth has fixed them all.
