Good work effect
Make sure the speed is higher than 2000 RPM. Typical hand drills are 2000-5000 RPM. Within this range, the faster the drill speed, the longer it will last. So we don't recommend for a cordless drill. The lithium drill has a lower RPM, about 1000 RPM.

The bits come in a nice aluminum storage case. Inside has EVA foam with specific cutouts for each bit and therefore stays in place. The model K3 kit includes bits 4/5” finger, 3/4", 1”, 1-38”, 2” Chamfer, 2”, 3” & a 5/8”-11 thread to SDS adapter.The bits have a 5/8”-11 hole/thread and unfortunately, it doesn’t fit my angle grinder and the included SDS adapter apparently not meant to be used in standard drill chucks as it may not grip the shaft properly and cause some wobbling. I checked and could not find an adapter that converts the SDS end to a compatible shaft to fit a common drill, but I was able to locate a standard drill shaft to 5/8”-11 thread which should allow the bits to attach to a standard drill. I also found adapters to attach to my angle grinder (M14) to the same 5/8”-11 thread, but these need to be purchased separately and are not included.The diamond coated cutting end is aggressive and makes quick work of the stone/ceramic surface.The cone shaped chamfer bit easily smooths out and applies a bevel to the holes or if you need to increase the size of an existing hole.Overall, a good selection of sizes with an aggressive cutting surface that are in a convenient storage case. I wish standard drill & M14 angle grinder adapters were included as it would have allowed better compatibility with other common power tools people have at home vs specialty SDS hammer drills.At the time of this review, the kit was priced at $159.99.

These are good for the average handy-person around the house. They are not necessarily "professional" quality top-of-the-line hole saws, but for general use they get the job done. They arrive in a nice case, which keeps them organized and easy to transport.In use, they are decent. For the smaller sizes, you could use them with a hand drill, and they work fine with effort and persistence. But, as you move up the sizes, the rotation becomes less precise, and there can be some wobble. I find that the larger units are best done on a drill press, where there is more even pressure and less human error. Don't expect to drill massive holes by hand, or maybe that's just my lack of skill. I find that most tile these days is really hard, and it's probably best to use them on the drill press always.They cut cleanly and leave not sharp parts or chips, in my limited experience so far.I'm happy with this product.

Good kit of tile hole saws with case and adapter. These diamond core hole saws fit perfectly onto all of my angle grinders. Tried it out on a piece of scrap tile and it made short work of it. It works very well for drilling in porcelain tile. I used a little water, just to keep the dust down and to extend the life of the hole saw. The included drill bit adapter is actually SDS plus. It fits SDS plus hammer drills, but make sure to use the appropriate speed and ‘drill only’ mode.

A really nice set. This kit contains the wide variety of sizes and just filled my needs. I like it that I can use it with a standard 5/8" arbor angle grinder or with a power drill using the provided adapter. I have used this on tile with no issue. On the angle grinder these bits are made to cut through granite in a short time. I definitely recommend these if you are working on any of these materials.

Wobble is intolerable to the extent that tiles crack when attempting to drill a hole. Do not buy. I tried several drills and centering on each drill. Product doesn't work as described and is unsuitable for use on tile. Also, when using, the rate of cutting is crazy slow. Use an angle grinder with a diamond blade; much faster.

I'm so happy that I got this set because I have found that I underestimate the size of the hole I need in my tile and have to 'maneuver' the bit to get the larger size I need. This set allows me to simply go up in size if I haven't drilled the right sized hole. I did spray water as I was drilling because I don't want the bits to dull too quickly. I think this has helped extend the useful life.
