Let me guess, you bought some lights off here and the power adapter burnt out... we'll look no further. Make sure you order the correct voltage and amps.Easy to use if you're a diy person this is simple 👌

I purchased another unit, different, from Dewenwils. the remote did not work at all. They have several models and versions. This one worked perfect right out of the box. Small in size which i like and all worked perfect right away.

It is still mostly working after a month of use. The remote stopped functioning after two weeks. I ended up plugging this into an outdoor smart switch to control the lighting schedule.

The transformer worked great and was very easy to install into my existing system of landscape lighting. The remote did not work but customer service was very attentive to the problem and quickly addressed the issue. Their customer service representative, Dana, was very helpful and solved the problem promptly and efficiently. I am pleased with the product and especially their customer support.

I have three of these and have had good luck with them so far. Each of the remotes works with only the transformer it came with. That is what I wanted. I can control the deck, yard, and shed lighting separately from the comfort of my aptly named lazy boy. I can imagine that someone might want to have one remote controlling all three systems -- and it would perhaps be nice to be able to order multiple synced units, but this works for me. I put a label on each remote, of course. With the remotes, I can easily change my mind about the timer setup or turn a unit on/off as needed -- flexibility -- at 5am in my flannel pajamas. The transformers themselves are very compact, easy to install, and simple to operate. I would have slightly preferred an open hanger hole coming out of the top. The terminals accommodate two #16 wires each with no problem. So overall I am very pleased with these. I thought other folks might be interested in my experience with multiple remotes, though I imagine it is entirely possible randomly to receive units that do or don't work with each others remote. But I do know the remotes are not all functionally identical.

We had purchased beautiful lantern light fixtures to put on our deck posts; however, we learned after beginning the project that there was not enough room inside the deck's railing posts to conceal the thickness of 120v wire rated for outdoors.So the electrician suggested using a transformer under the deck and buying 12v 60 Watt equivalent bulbs with a regular E26 base to go with the fixtures, and running 12v landscaping wire instead, which is much thinner and could easily be concealed inside the deck posts. Perfect solution!The lights are bright even though the bulbs are only 12v, and the fixtures are regular 120v outdoor lanterns....! We set the transformer for Dusk to Dawn operation, and were very pleased that this unit also has a remote if it's ever needed.
