Our propane metal melting furnace is a high-temperature, fast melter designed to melt metals up to 2642°F / 1450°C. It can handle various metals, including gold, silver, copper, aluminum, brass, bronze, tin, and more

  • Burner: The Model – DFC (180,000 BTU) burner is powerful and efficient. Its nozzle design enhances longevity and efficiency. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the nozzle has a diameter at the widest point 50mm. The gas burner features an adjustable air choke, which helps to regulate the air-propane mixture during combustion to achieve varying pressures and maximum temperature. Operating pressure ranges from 1 to 25 PSI. The burner includes a gas ball valve for on/off control
  • Our burners are designed to operate with: Butane, Propane, Butane + Propane Gas, and LPG. They are not compatible with Natural Gas
  • The operating pressure range is 1 - 25 PSI
  • The Furnace body is made of: 16-gauge (1.5mm) steel

love the cement refractories, the hinged lid and the high quality accessories. The unit arrive completely undamaged and in only 6 days from my brothers in Lithuania to my door here in Calgary Alberta. I FINALLY OWN A DEVIL FORGE!!
