Used this ''crucible'' in a home made furnace and tried to smelt copper in it. The thing literally melted in the furnace. Pretty disapointed for something that should be able to take high temps. Could have been very dangerous but I noticed it had melted before any damage was done to my equipement.

I found the picture unintentionally misleading. It shows two crucibles, but you purchase only ONE.No complaints about the quality.
