These smell terrible!! Like skunk. They are also incredibly cheep quality and just rip open when sealed tight to a bath bomb. Try a different company!

I purchased the shrink wrap bags in July because I was running low. Well today I opened the new package, and it smells like strong marijuana. I can't even use them. I wouldn't dare wrap my soap bars in them for my customers. What a waste of money and disappointment.

I've never used shrink wrap bags before so these were the first I've purchased. It took me a few to really figure out how to use them. Definitely wasted some but I don't have any complaints about how they performed. What I figured out is, I couldn't cut them too small because then when they shrink, they tear. Also, I used a heat gun and only had trouble with tearing or melting from the heat when I held it on one spot too long. I found it was pretty easy to shrink and then come back to an area for a second pass. If I rolled them around a bit while they were hot, that flattened out any edges.I tried to use a heat sealer but it was very inconsistent and tended to tear them easily. I think the sealer was poor quality, though, and wasn't really about the bags. I would definitely buy them again.

These bags are great. Very minimal flaws, and the flaws I found did not effect my finished product outcome. I did experience some holes being created when I used my heat gun, but I adjusted my style of heating the bags and ended up having a lot of sucess with my finish product. The bags are a great size for soap, bath bombs and more. The only thing I wish they had was the small breathing holes that I found some bags have, so that the bag doesn’t feel inflated after you shrink it. But even that isn’t a deal breaker as I can just poke a small hole in them.Great product! I would recommend. The seller even contacted me and thanked me for my purchase. I wasn’t big into reviewing at the time of purchase, but now that I am trying to give back to the community and share my feedback, I felt this product was one that I needed to come back to and show some love and thoughts.

I read all the reviews before buying and some of them almost scared me away but i have been using them for a while now and I LIKE THEM. Here is what I know and I will try to be specific enough as to why, for some others, they did not work well. Here is what cons I read before buying...1. Smell bad- True, before heating they do have a weird smell but after heating I do not smell it. 2. Bag rips easy- the bags feel delicate but I have never had one rip. I do think it depends on how big the bath bomb is you are trying to put in it. You need to have room around the Bomb. Personally I make 2.5" size. 3. Gets holes when shrinking- Okay to me this is a Duh! if you over heat of course your going to get holes, it's plastic! Some of the comments about this people were using a heat gun. This is a HUGE DON'T! These are made to shrink using a Hair Dryer. Heat Guns are extremely hotter than a Hair Dryer and will melt these, not only to fast, but completely away. HAIR DRYER- YES - HEAT GUN -NO! I place the bath bomb all the way inside, tuck one side of the open end inside around the bomb and roll over the remaining open end. Hold tight while heating the corners, then heat the rolled over end blowing away from the opening so not to raise it. Then I place a label there so I know where the opening is for easier opening when using. I hope this is helpful. I always read reviews before buying and sometimes they are so split its hard to really know what is product error and whats human error.

I use these shrink wraps to wrap my homemade soaps. Using an impulse sealer on the wrapper first made the job so much easier. Once I sealed the open side with the impulse sealer, I’d cut off the excess and made small cuts on two corners so the excess air would escape thru there when I used the heat gun. I noticed that the wrap will burn or melt if I put the heat gun too close. Also the wrapper would burst open if I applied heat and I didn’t cut small openings. But those problems were fixed once I did corner openings and not putting heat gun too close. Once I fixed those errors, I did not waste any wrappers. I will continue buying these for shrink wrapping my soaps.
