The product itself is perfect; perforated as described, multiple sizes, cheap, works as described, etc...What I had received was not what I needed. Given much of what I ordered was delivered, but one (the largest and most crucial size) was not within the package and instead was a double of the second largest.I'm willing to wager that this company would have issued a refund had I asked, but I don't want my money back. I'll use all of these eventually. I needed them by Christmas, so rectifying the wrong is pointless. Fixing the mistake is entirely on myself for ordering so close to my deadline, but the mistake in the package is one that could have been prevented by the company's QA's.
