Product was as described. The seller was easy to deal with and communicate with. Received my orders on time. No issues at all and would highly recommend. The product works very well with the LEDs.

I purchased few of these power supplies from this vendor. They were all working fine for the first 2-3 weeks and then they all started to fail. I did the load calculation and made sure that these drivers will be more the sufficient for the project. some of the drivers just burned out and some just started flickering after few weeks of working. very bad product and very disappointed with it. Can't even return it since I used them for few weeks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product

First one stopped working after 3 months, but support team worked with me to figure out the issue and a replacement power supply fixed it.

Over the past few years, I’ve bought at least a dozen of these drivers - both 24V and 12V. Some work 100% no issues until now, and some unfortunately fail. I’d say the failure rate is about 30% and always within approx. 3 months from installation. They seem to fail at the worst times for my customers making it frustrating. Some have been dead on arrival, Amazon has always made it right by replacing. Overall, if you are using personally or with non fussy clients that don’t mind changing when they fail, then go for it. I’m an electrician and know how to wire and use these. I always keep well within the wattage, sometimes leaving as much as 50% wiggle room - meaning utilizing only 150W power on a 300W rated driver. I’ve used mostly indoors, in dry ventilated environments. Despite the uncertain failure rate, I like the weight of the item and that the dimming works fine. Low end trim adjustment and actual range of dimming varies by dimmer/type of LED, but it does work decently. The price is the most attractive thing! Good luck!

I got this to power under counter LEDs, and I also wanted the ability to dim them, so this seemed perfect. It was easy to install but did get pretty hot. Worked fine for 7 months and then died. I had my lights on a timer controlled through Google, but a couple weeks ago I noticed they weren't coming on. If I unplugged it and plugged it back in they would work for a short period of time. $70 is far too expensive for something that doesn't even last a year when using it within spec. Hoping I can get my money back, or get a replacement. 2nd one started making a ticking noise and would not power on at all. I bought 2 thinking maybe my first one was defective, but no, it's just a cheap product with cheap capacitors.

This transformer works as described. The 0-10V dimmer input works perfectly. The only con is that it gets very hot — too hot too touch, hotter than an incandescent bulb. This makes me question whether there is any energy savings with switching to LED after all. It works great otherwise though.

I just installed this power supply -- the 24v 300w version -- to drive a pair of 26 foot LED strips (0.1w per LED, 37 per inch, total nominal wattage just under 200w) in my new outdoor deck. I chose to use it with a 0-10v dimmer as I suspect that allowing the controller to dim itself while running at full line voltage is likely more reliable than using a triac dimmer. The result is very smooth control all the way from full brightness to off.I installed it with a Lutron Diva model DVSTV-453PH-WH dimmer, and this configuration worked right out of the box. I was unsure on this point as some of the descriptions, and the wiring diagram, make it appear as though perhaps a separate 10v power supply is required in order to drive the control circuit. However, the control line (the purple and grey wires) of this unit puts out 15v and easily drives the dimmer. The only negative I can report is that I wish the wires coming out of this unit were longer. On my unit they were only 8-9" long, which meant I had to do some short jumper wires to successfully install it. If the unit were shipped with about 18" of wire on each tail it'd make configuration easier.Time, of course, will tell how this is on longevity, but initial performance is everything I could hope for.EDIT: two years on this supply is still working flawlessly. Although under a roof so always dry, it's been exposed to two full sets of Atlanta seasons with temperatures ranging from around 100F down to the low 20s. So props for durability if installed properly.FURTHER EDIT: So this unit finally failed in March 2023, so I got slightly less than three years out of it. It comes on occasionally if I whack the case with a screwdriver, so I think an internal connection is probably bad. I'm going to order a replacement though, because I'm not super-certain of the cause. Once I've got a new one, I'll probably open the old one and figure out if there's something obvious that's been fried.
