Habe die Dinger immer in der Handtasche so kann ich fast überall tanzen ohne meine Knie übermäßig zu belasten. Gerade wenn man meistens Sportschuhe trägt eine wirklich gute Idee.

These are great to use for line dancing. I never thought I would like these but they made dancing so much easier.

You must adjust them as they are very slippery if you cover your shoe too much .

I've tried dancing in socks, I've tried putting socks over my shoes, and I've tried shoes with a suede sole. "2 Feet" worked better for me than any of these solutions. For me, it helps to have only the ball of the foot be slippery. A shoe or sneaker with suede covering the ball of the foot might work also, but the advantage of the "2 Feet" is that you can adjust it so that more or less of the shoe comes in contact with the floor. So, you can adjust for the particular floor. It works equally well with or without shoes, and it's an inexpensive solution. I've only used them for a week so I don't know yet if they're durable. Seems like a good product to me.

I got 2 pairs for the price of other manufacturers 1 pair. I enjoy using them over my shoes for Tai Chi and dance classes.

I have used these socks on a hard floor (indoor) and it really worked very well in smoothing and reducing friction. No more knee or back pain.Recommended!

I'm a dance instructor and I prefer to wear tennis shoes while I am teaching/coaching because I am on my feet so much. I hate having to take my shoes off every time we turn, so I purchased these socks. I can just keep these socks over my tennis shoes and not have a problem. I even have some dancers ask to borrow them because they work so well even on a tad sticky surface. They work just like a normal sock. I do have one thing that I had trouble with. If I do need traction in the balls of my feet for low chasses, I slip. I solved it by only wearing a sock on my dominant turning foot.

When I first put them on I love how they glide on the floor. But after 3-4 dances, they slide off. I tried them on several types of shoes but they still slide off. I do like how they work so I stapled them to the side of my shoe and they stay on. I wear them two to three times and then unstaple them to wash and staple a new pair on. Will have to work until I get proper dancing boots.

Due to foot issues I have to wear supportive tennis shoes. I purchased both the over the ball of the foot socks as well as the full shoe sock because my shoes kept sticking to the mat I use for martial arts training. I needed my shoes to slide/shuffle along the mat. I preferred the one that just goes over the ball of the foot. The full shoe socks were too slippery for me. I love being able to just put my heel down to stop with the partial shoe covers. They work well on mats as well as carpets. Seem durable and well made.
