This is a cheap product to help anyone practice ground work. I not only practice attacks but also escapes. For some people it's boring but it's an essential piece of equipment like a heavy bag. I used mostly polifill and some torn clothing to fill it.

Decent construction but no where close to 6ft. I’m 5’6 and photo included for comparison. Too lazy to return and price point was good so I’m living with purchase as is.

I bought this to toughen my 5 year old up as well as keep him from beating me up all the time lol. He loves it, it's well made and good stitching. Nice because you can adjust how much he weighs by what u stuff him with. I used pool noodles for shape. Fun for everyone to throw him around and then you can dress him up during the holidays lol
