Ance di media qualità. Molto adatte agli studenti perché sono ance che facilitano l'emissione e lo staccato. La loro durata è nella media.

I recently started playing clarinet again after a long break and had been using Ricos to try and get back into it, since they are cheap and soft. Was recommended to try out the Michell Lurie line after a suggestion from another player, and am pretty happy with it. Despite being a 4 1/2 they are not so hard that you can't play on them, and out of the box of ten I'd say at least 8 were about perfect, with the other two having the usual defects making them a bit difficult to play on (cut crooked, too thin, etc. Easily fixed with a reed shaper kit). Overall happy with these, and prefer them over Ricos and Rico Royales. I used to be a Vandoren player but they are so much more costly now, I will probably stick with these for a while!

My favorite reeds for my mouthpiece.

Mitchell Lurie are good for out-of-box play, with a good sound and consistency. They don't last as long as Vandorens, but I like to keep some in case my regular reeds need work.

I find Mitchell Lurie reeds to be quite consistent from one reed to the next. I can usually make all 10 reeds in a box play great and rarely find a reed that's not capable of giving me the sound I want.
