This was purchased for my 1995 cannondale r600. The rims and tire set are a perfect fit with the 25c tire combination. I also have the ability to increase to a 28c tire in the future. The spacer ring for the hub is keyed to fit 1 way. So if it doesn't try flipping it over and carefully, place on hub. Everything was as described and was the final piece to my re-build. I now have the option to go to 10 spd in the future.
