This an impressive affordable scope, it comes with a decent mount and decent power magnification. The glass is very clear with very little "smoky" tint to it on par with the Primary Arms Nova or 1-8x24 ACSS style, in fact it is clearer than a Vortex Siren. The image it is not distorted at all no matter what magnification unlike the Vortex Siren which has lots of blurry edges far into the center of the FOV at any magnification. The reticle is very well defined, no jagged edges nor translucent, it is beautifully dark black that produces a perfect contrast when aiming at light colored target/background. I have returned several Primary Arms scope because the etched reticle looked like an 8 year old kid drew it, this one is prefect. The BDC on it is perfect too, reminiscent of my Trijocon ACOG. It is to be sighted in at 200 yds. (which would be 0.4" low at 50 yards) then the first sub tension mark is for 300 yds, then 400, 500 and 600 yds. The only thing that I don't understand is the size of the horizontal sub tension marks, normally they represent an average 18-20 inches target, this one is not like that....no clue what it is supposed to be but not a deal breaker. The illumination is adequate for a bright sunny day; what I mean is; if you need some sort of different contrast shade other than black you can turn it on at max. power and get a dark red/marron like color. I say adequate because if you need contrast in a bright sunny day (which means very light bright color background because of the sun) what is better than black reticle? Either way, the whole concept of illuminated reticles is to give you enough light in LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS! such as dusk and dawn and indoors. Not every scope reticle is intended or designed to be "Red Dot Bright" on the contrary; only few scope now days are designed to be like a red dot (i.e. Vortex razor, Elcan Specter or way more affordable Primary Arms NOVA, Sig MSR Hellfire, Swampfox and even Monstrum are making fiber optic technology illuminated reticles) I owned a Trijicon Accupower (not the accupoint) and this one is probably slightly brighter than the $900 Trijicon Accupower I will post both pictures during sunny days) One huge feature is OFF position in between brightness setting, which makes more sense than having 11 brightness setting and there is very little difference between1-3 and 4-7....you either have it off, middle setting or max.... Another feature is a zoom ring throw lever and very handy and nice touch specially on this scope cause the zoon ring is hard as hell to move without the throw lever. Guys, this is an excellent choice for a scope whether it is for hunting, self-defense or fun. The only thing I wouldn't recommend it for duty (ie. Police or Military) because I don't know if it would withstand the beating and banging of going in and out of a patrol/Humvee) it may be able to withstand it but I personally don't know but let's face it; 99% of US are not working in those capacities so, get one and save money for training with it!

I liked the specification on the scope. The build feels of good sturdy quality and mount feels solid. The glass is clear and easy to adjust focus and magnification. The illumination works well.I used this with Tippmann M4-22 on picatinny rail. No issues mounting.Issues noted immediately when attempting to site it in. The reticle simply would not hold zero. I went through about 200 rounds to confirm that it was just not the rifle or the ammo or my shooting. I could temporarily get small groups of shots to cluster and then after adjusting accordingly the shots would not move as expected. Adjustments to windage and elevation seems to adjust shot placement at random and I would have to start from scratch. Other have had good results with this scope so perhaps mine was defective. Ultimately, I decided to return for refund.

I purchased this LPVO after seeing a review on YT. While being one of the cheaper options for a 1-6x scope, that doesn't mean it's a slouch when it comes to performance. Zeroing this scope was simple and quick, and the BDC is a great feature.Adjusting the zoom is easy with the pronounced throw lever. It's also very smooth and I haven't felt it catch on any of the zoom levels. The inclusion of the mount is nice. It is sturdy and doesn't feel cheap.

I recently purchased CVLIFE EagleTalon 1-6x24 LPVO Rifle Scope with 30mm Cantilever Mount and Illuminated BDC Reticle, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This versatile, high-performance riflescope is a game-changer for seasoned marksmen and casual shooters.Optical Clarity:The optics on the EagleTalon are truly impressive. The 1-6x magnification range allows for quick target acquisition at close ranges and provides crystal-clear images at longer distances. The fully multi-coated lenses deliver excellent light transmission, producing bright and sharp images even in low-light conditions. The clarity and color accuracy remained consistent throughout the magnification range, ensuring a reliable and clear sight picture.Illuminated BDC Reticle:The illuminated BDC (Bullet Drop Compensator) reticle is a standout feature of this scope. The brightness levels are adjustable, catering to various lighting conditions. The BDC markings are precise and allow for quick and accurate adjustments, making it easy to compensate for bullet drop and maintain accuracy at different distances. The illumination is well-executed, providing a clear sight picture without any distracting glare.Construction and Durability:Built like a tank, the CVLIFE EagleTalon is constructed from durable materials. The 30mm cantilever mount adds stability to the setup and ensures a secure fit on my AR-15 rifle. The scope is shockproof, fogproof, and waterproof, as of this review the only issue was fog to the rear optic one cool morning. The turrets are tactile and easy to adjust, with audible clicks, allowing for quick and precise windage and elevation changes.Ease of Use:The user-friendly design of this LPVO (Low Power Variable Optic) makes it a joy to use. The magnification ring and the illumination controls are smooth and easy to operate. The fast-focus eyepiece allows for rapid target acquisition, and the overall ergonomics enhance the shooting experience. Conclusion:In conclusion, the CVLIFE EagleTalon 1-6x24 LPVO Rifle Scope is a top-notch optic that combines exceptional optics, a reliable illuminated BDC reticle, robust construction, and ease of use. Whether you're engaged in tactical shooting, hunting, or competitive shooting, this riflescope delivers outstanding performance across many conditions I put it through. The value for money is exceptional, making the EagleTalon a highly recommended choice for anyone in need of a versatile and high-quality riflescope. Hope this helps!

No it's not a Nightforce or Swarovski but for the money it's well worth it. It appears to be FFP as the reticle gets bigger as you zoom. Also the 1 power is almost 1x it's like 1.25x so as a all in one the price is hard to beat.
