Tough construction and bright images are just the icing on the cake. Its hard anodized single-piece aircraft-grade aluminum tube is nitrogen-purged and o-ring sealed for waterproof/fogproof/weatherproof performance.

I bought this for a 10/22. I normally shoot @50 yards. the fact that I can't adjust the parallax bums me out because I am slightly out of focus. Otherwise I am close up and personal @50. Someone with better eyes could use it at 100 yards no problem. it is set for 100 yard parallax. I kept it because I liked the warranty and quality. I liked it enough that I then bought the Vortex diamond back with the parallax adjustment for a larger firearm and I love that thing! Vortex is the best middle of the road scope you buy in my opinion and I have seen and used many. doesn't break the bank and they do stand behind the product.

Second one I have bought. First one was easy to sight in and accurate. Great value

A good utilitarian scope for the money, perfect for sub-100 yard hunting or 100 yard target. Won’t fall apart immediately. It!s guaranteed for life.

I didn't have very high expectations for a variable power scope for a little over $100.00. I am pleased to say that this scope hits way above its price point. The sharpness and clarity are quite good and there is very minimal chromatic aberration at all zoom level. If I spent $250.00 on this scope, I would still consider it to be a good buy.

Would be great to use in hunting or long range applications. Doesn't break the bank and it's a pretty good scope! Does everything I need it to do with all the basics

I bought and mounted this scope on my girlfriends Tikka T3 .308 win. Adjustments were true 1/4 M.O.A. and had it printing at an inch and half high at 100yds in about 6 rounds. If any issues show up with normal use in near future, I will update this post.

Ive always had Nikon scopes until they quit making them then I switched to Vortex, I have a crossfire II, diamondback, and this sonora. I didn’t expect much due to the low cost but I believe it’s clearer than the crossfire 2! It holds zero on my .270 without issue! The “unconditional, unlimited, lifetime warranty” that vortex offers is what sold me. I’m a disabled combat veteran, unlike the non combat veterans I can’t afford top of the line equipment so I’m grateful for a quality scope that I can afford with a great warranty to back it up!
