Use for cutting crimp ring off of waterline when fixing a leak. It’s perfect for that!! Plus any smaller cutting job they work well

These diamond saw bits worked great with my Wen rotary tool (which I also love). They were strong enough to cut through crystal quart stones, and I cut 6 stones into 16 pieces without having to switch to a new saw blade. Very good and I highly recommend. However, I have not yet used the standard saw blade and cannot comment on those.

I used one of the diamond wheels to cut a 7 1/4 inch toilet flange hole through porcelain tile. 2 wheels cut the diameter down to a depth of about 3/16 inch. It was then very easy to use tile nips and cut the hole out without breaking thin areas.The key to using this or any diamond wheel is to run it slow and keep it wet. You cannot allow the wheel to get red hot. The diamond can take the heat but the adhesive that holds the diamond grit on the wheel cannot take that king of abuse and the diamond will turn lose and will not cut.Keep the speed low at squirt the work piece as needed with a spray bottle.I will buy again.
