The hoist most definitely exceeded our expectations of quality and looks. You can see it's very heavy duty and tough enough to hoist engines up to 1 1/2 ton, great for moving objects and equipment around your work yard, and can definitely get you out of a jam. You can get the heavy jobs done with this well made hoist. A very nicely made unit, sturdy and heavy, not likely to fail. You'll be as impressed as I was, just makes life with machines and heavy weights & metal a lot easier and most likely safer used correctly. Great price for a valuable addition to your routine. Recommended!

This is a manual lever hoist, not a chain hoist. Thats my fault for not reading properly.That being said, this is a heavy duty hoist. I have no doubts about its durability and capacity, as you can feel the quality when you handle the hoist. This will be a great addition to the shop, Im sure I will use it to get myself out of many binds.
