Operation Manual:
1. Insert the handle into the hole of the grip
2. Make sure that the saddle is correctly positioned. To prevent damage to the jack, do not move the jack while the handle in the socket is intact.
3. To increase the load, use one hand to hold the front part of the handle and use the other hand to turn clockwise at the back of the handle.
4. To reduce the load, hold the front part of the handle with one hand and turn the other hand with the back of the handle and slowly with the handle counterclockwise.

The Jack has a small part made of sheet metal filled with bearing balls at one end to help with the extension. This sheet metal part just crumbles under the pressure when you lift it, and the bearing balls fall out. After that, the jack is unsafe to use. This happened to me after just 3 uses on a regular car (nothing too heavy).

I've now used this several times on the road for other folks. It is quick and easy to use. Much easier than the terrible ones that come with autos.

I thought this was good initially so I bought a second. Since then, both of them have failed at the upper mount. The interlocking teeth have bent and caused the jack to list to the side. Not heavy duty enough to lift simple passenger car.

It was not useable at all. It kept bending than fell over. I followed the directions. I should have taken a picture. Since you buy a car jack when you don't have one, not when you need one, it was past the 30 day return period when first used. I'm glad I wasn't on the highway with a flat!

It is likely to be the jack of choice for most small cars. I am sure that the jack would collapse if you did not you allowed the car to roll a bit causing a side load. Never trust just a jack if you are under the vehicle.

Very useful little Jack in case you are stranded on the side of the road or have a tight garage where you can’t use a normal floor Jack to lift up your car. Relatively sturdy and lifts up and down without issues. I actually use an impact gun to turn and lift this Jack to make it quicker, but the ratchet that comes with the Jack stand gets the job done as well, albeit slower.
