This is a sturdy sandbox, the cover is just flimsy vinyl a hard clamp down cover would be best. We have spent many hours in this sand box.

The top cover does not stay on well. In addition when it rains the weight of the water sinks the cover into the sand box, wetting the sand inside.

The body doesn't stay together, the pegs they give you to secure it to the ground are very short and do nothing to hold the thing in place, the fabric for the cover and the liner is SO THIN I doubt it's going to last a season.Absolute waste of money, I should have gotten some wooden boards and some brackets and built a box myself.

My grandson is loving his new sand box but the cover is not the best. We have to use something heavy to hold it down when not in use.

Bought this item for a big sandbox for my kid. I leveled the ground as best as possible, but once I filled it and my child started playing in it the end pieces popped out of place. If the ground underneath is slightly off it just pops apart under pressure. It doesn't actually lock together just fits together.Unfortunately, I can't take this away from my child at this point. I will have to find a way to screw it together so I won't have to puzzle it back together everyday.Wouldn't recommend, unless you are putting it on a patio.

This sandbox has been so much fun for our 6, 4 and 1 year old granddaughters. Setup was really easy and straightforward (about 30 minutes) and required cleaning the area of debris to ensure the best installation.The hardest part was moving the nine 50lb bags of sand from the driveway to the backyard(you can add more sand if you want at least 4 more bags)! There's enough room for up to five small kids to comfortably play no problem.The corner bench seating has come in handy not only for sitting but for holding water cups and spare toys. They can also be easily removed and placed inside the sandbox when covering it at night. The entire sandbox is COMPLETELY covered, which means it will be kept nice and clean. Highly, highly recommend this sandbox!

Just garbage purchase. Pieces broke as it was being put together. First time the kids played in it the curved piece came unsnapped and sand spilled out. I reinforced it with deck screws hoping it’ll stay together a bit longer. Don’t waste your money on this. Just buy the wood and make one yourself.

Please do not waste your money on this. My husband and I put this together yesterday and were so disappointed! The instructions were much like those from IKEA—need I say more? If you don’t know what I’m referring to, in short, they’re terrible! It arrives in a box containing the 8 pieces that are the sides. The pieces leave space between each piece and don’t lock together to prevent the sand from flowing out the sides. Of course the bottom is not flush to the ground so the sand flows out the bottom as well. The “hardware” used to join each piece is plastic and doesn’t pop or click on in order to keep the sides together, do not lock in place and constantly pop off. To anchor the sides to the ground, they give you small medal stakes which do nothing as you watch the sand flow out the bottom. After spending all that time piecing it together and dumping 20 bags of play sand in and watching 1/3 of it flow out the sides and bottom, we said “We’re done!” 😡🤬. We should have bought the wood and and just built a square box. And the “liner” and “cover” they include is flimsy and doesn’t even come up the sides of the interior of the sandbox. It just covers the bottom.

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter, we assembled and put in our back yard and pieces were not staying in securely, Velcro holds in the lining on the bottom and we have already had a few come detached in less then a week. The pieces would not fit together to make a symmetrical elliptical shape as in the picture and the cover does not stay on independently. The cover could not even be placed on the “box” without two people originally. Tried adding command hooks to help hold in place but did not last long, had to configure a contraption to hold it in place otherwise the cover is just a parachute to be blown away or accumulate water when it rains. Highly recommend you buy a different sandbox.
