These work great and they keep my stuff organized. Shoulder strap and boot straps allow easy transport of my gear.

The D-rings on the straps are made of plastic and after traveling and carrying my baggage up to the hotel, one of the D-rings snapped. It worked until it didn't - could be designed better with metal rings and clasps.

I'll admit, there was a bit of a learning curve when I first got it. But once I figured it out, it's been smooth sailing. You simply strap your skis in and hook it on, almost like carrying a purse. It's incredibly convenient, especially when I'm on the go. Makes it so much easier to carry my skies and what I love most is its portability. It folds up easily and fits neatly into a bag or locker. No need for large lockers, I can opt for a smaller one and still fit my gear in. Sometimes, when I choose to ski with my backpack, I can even toss it in there since It doesn't take up much space.

We finished the ski season just a couple of months ago, so I'll need to wait for the next winter before these carrier straps will become useful. Now might be a good time to buy them though, since it looks like they have off-season pricing. Anyway, these straps are better than the ski school-branded ones my kids are using. The material, especially where they've sewn the velcro bands, is very heavy duty. Once you wrap them around your skis, there's no chance they're getting loose. This set also comes with 2 extra straps for carrying your ski boots. The boot straps are OK, but they should have added D-rings on them so that you could hook them to the ski carrier and not have to carry them separately. Recommended.
