Good backpack for a little skier. We didn't end up using the guide straps much because we were going slow enough that kiddo was doing fine without them. It was more used just as a precaution in case she decided to take off (which she never did). The strap length was good, and it fit her well (she's a petite 4yo). If anything, it was just a really good backpack to store extra gloves and hats and snacks in for the little one. It was easy to use and put on so that's a bonus.

The lightweight back pack design of the harness was easy to use. When we didn't need to use it we simply tucked it into its back pack and it allowed the kids to get used to skiing with a back pack too. Perfect when getting on a rope tow, chair lift, etc.

This harness set is a great way to train with kiddos. Easy to use, put on and get skiing with! It helps to not have to bend over so much (causing back and knee pain for an adult) but it could be slightly longer to help with that while giving the child enough support and stability.

My family is big into skiing and there are some little ones about ready to hit the slopes for their first time. Excited to have this ski harness.We haven't used it yet, but the harness seems really well made. The hip belt is reinforced with webbing which is riveted in place, you wont worry about failing stitches. The buckles are all good quality. The handle on top. The workmanship and materials all look good putting me at ease.The straps store nicely inside so the car doesn't become a tangled mess of webbing. When you're using the straps, the harness becomes a tiny backpack. Plenty of room for a couple snacks to keep your child happy.Finally, the colors. I opted to order the blue. I consider it a nice neutral color. Perfect for boys, but still works for a girl. Pink you'd have to worry about a boy not wanting to get into something so girly. The yellow would also work, but I wasn't personally a fan.

We didn't end up using this on our last trip skiing, tho I was glad I had it and it does seem like it would work as intended. Very well made and came quickly in packaging.

All in all, this is a great product and I can't wait to test it out on the slopes in a few weeks. The quality is good but not great. I think it will still serve it's purpose but it is not as well made as say an Osprey backpack or anything of that nature.

I ordered three leash backpacks for my young sons, all different brands. This one is definitely better for the smaller kids. The backpack is small, but the handle on the back, and the leash handles are rubber enforced and easy to spot and grab ahold of. This is rhe oerfect size for my 4 year old son.The material seems tough and good quality, and the zippers and stitching are very nice.If you have older/larger kids above the 50-60lbs, you may want to order a leash backpack that is larger. There is enough space for a toddler sized shedded layer of clothing, but you might be pushing the storage space for that kind of thing with older/larger kids.
