it does not fit large body, this is perfect for a small frame person. I've worn it on doggie walks, it works for a whle but I think because of the size it does not keep you cool. Would not purchase again.

If you work in a factory don't even think this will help you, it only last for maybe an hour if that!

I overheat really easily and this vest is my new summer essential. It's the same material as the rectangle ones that have been popular for a while now and works the same way. Just get it wet, wring it out, and put it on for instant cooling. I've been using it in our upstairs bedroom to stay cool and will also be using it when I work outside this season.
