Fit perfectly. The only thing to note is the accordion trim that is on the main jacket going into this fixture on the factory housing gets cut off with the installation of this one. This updated part clamps the wiring jacket now between these two halves and has no provision to hold it.

It is a perfect fit to my old minn kota all terrain but, it was missing the most important hardware. The six screws that hold the two halves together. Plastic is super hard and to a long time to find the right fitting screws.
