This is a nice brake kit and a nice touch to include the handy multi tool.The quality is decent, but I did have to swap the pads and reuse the black mounts from my old brakes. Otherwise the kit worked perfect. A couple of cable end caps would have been nice for when you trim the cables.

While tightening a brake pad after adjusting it to the tire, the black spray-painted metal bracket broke. The bracket was barely welded or soldered together. The paint was thicker than the metal attaching the pieces.I did not return the item because I was able to use the old brake parts I was replacing mixed with the purchase. It is for an older bike my kids hardly ever use, but if it was a more used bike, I would recommend purchasing a better-quality replacement.

So far so good, however, for the front wheel brakes, instead of giving me two pairs, they gave me the same four brakes for one of the wheel. I had to go buy a part for the left side of the wheel! Daaah

For $16.00 what did I expect? This stuff is so cheap I’m afraid it will break while I’m riding my bike. I threw away my factory brakes before getting my new ones. Big mistake. Don’t buy these.
