Q: What if the lights don't come on?
A: Please check if the positive and negative battery terminals are installed backward if the bottom is twisted tight if the battery is charged, and try to re-install the battery.
Q: Why do some of the Fiber rope fall out while playing?
A: We use premium glue for our fiber optic light, we have reinforced it at the top, normally the rope will not fall off, but if you swing and pull hard, some rope will inevitably come out, this is unavoidable, I hope to understand.
Q: Why is the battery dying so fast?

I absolutely love this. I saw a video on youtube and thought I'd try my hand at one of these and I was not disappointed. The Whip itself swivels within the handle allowing for the fibers to flow easier. The button for the color changing is at the perfect spot when I am gripping the handle to be able to just lay my thumb onto it.The colors also distribute evenly throughout the fibers.I will however say that I wish I knew how to turn on color changing mode where it just flows into the next color automatically. The whip has done that a few times, so I know its capable of doing so. I just cant figure out how I did it haha.I would highly recomend this to a friend

It does what it needs to but the others I have used have had more fibers … they also cost more this is a great beginner whip
