Great product. I haven't had any problems with the ball joints, however, the bolts were missing in one of the kits.

Replacing within first year, cognito makes trash. There is no grease in these nongreaseable ball joints. Sure that's why they're already bad.

These ball joints are not greaseable, and as such are not suitable for use in wet climates or off road conditions with dust/mud. Once there is there is any entry of debris or water past the "seals" the part is contaminated and will wear out prematurely. I've gone through 2 sets of these in ~30k, all with wear/rust/contaminate originated play in the ball stud and pocket. I would recommend a greaseable alternative for anything other than street driven trucks in dry climates.

Replace my ball joint after a 3 1/2 years that i install cognito upper control arms for my 7" lifted silverado and use original cognito ball joints and they last only couple months !! And i drive my truck very little !!

Had a set of these on my pick up truck and just installed them right when I got them. do not do that. Go get a hypodermic, grease needle and a grease gun and fill with grease before installation they come with almost no grease inside the needle can be slid in between the boot and the shaft. And filled with the proper amount of grease.
