The glass was lighter and stronger than I imagined. But, it does need cautious handling to avoid breakage. I like not having to worry about toxic substances getting into my coffee.

I wanted to buy nicer pour over than the typical plastic ones and this one is great. It looks great and works very well. Because it's glass you can see through it to ensure you don't overfill your cup, and it covers the whole top of the cup so you don't get any splash back. Some people said that coffee filters break due to the hole at the bottom being so big, but this has not happened to me with the standard cone coffee filters I buy.

This is just what it looks like. It is a good little glass cone for pour overs. It's not super big, so one cup, not a carafe. I use it daily.

A lot of pour over devices are made of ceramic or plastic. I wanted something with non-leaching properties and that was lead free. Glass is always a good choice so it led me to this Coffee Dripper from Vandroop. The design with the wavy swirls built into the glass is a nice touch instead of the common flat pour over dripper style you often see.It has a proper angle so you just pop in the V-filter add the ground coffee and start pouring. The only negative comment I can think of is that the glass is a bit thin. I know it is supposed to be made with the same type of glass as (pyrex) lab instruments, but I would still handle and store this with care. It just seems like it could crack or break with a drop or if something else hit against it.Otherwise great product for the price and works perfectly for a single cup of fresh pour over coffee!

I use Melita #2 filters. I'm used to putting one in the cone, adding coffee grinds, and adding hot water. I tried folding the lower seam, but the paper filter still broke too often for me. It sure looks and feels nice, though.

This was very easy to use. Though it is glass it is very durable and has been easy to clean. It is the perfect size for a single cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend.

Very simple and easy to use. Don't listen to those youtubers who claim this is not an entry level pour over coffee maker. I don't get it. Nothing overly complex here that would require a doctorate in coffee brewing. Just watch a couple of videos and after a couple of cups you'll make a great cup of coffee.I use the bake choice #2 filters and they work just fine. A little crimping by the seam and it fits perfectly. You should wet the filter before putting the grinds in anyway which flattens the paper against the side of the vandroop.I got this last week and haven't had anything less than a great cup of joe yet. Zero cleanup, just dump the filter into the garbage or whatever, and give it a quick rinse, which is not even necessary actually. In terms of brewing a one large mug, which is all i have in the morning, this little thing can't be beat.

I've been using this every day for a couple of weeks now.The first filter I used was a Melitta cone. The bottom of the cone came apart. So, the next time I simply folded the seam, and no issues after that.I also have used the standard basket style coffee filters, and have had no issues with any rips.Works great, and I would recommend. It is fairly thin glass, so I wouldn't slam it around. I have accidentally banged it a couple times against something, but still no issues or cracks.Love how easy it is to clean and use.Edit: 12/16/24Finally cracked it, but it was my fault. Dropped a heavy spoon into it from about 18inches up.

Filters fit and it’s sturdy, but the hole at the bottom is too big. If you pour too much water in it just blows out the bottom of the filter and dumps all the wet grounds into your coffee.
