The quality is fantastic, the fit is great, the mounting was a bit of a pain but completed after some swearing and tons of patience. Worth every penny, fits great on my 2003 Honda Shadow Sabre 1100. Would recommend to a friend for sure.

I put these on my 2002 Honda Sabre in a leisure 45 minutes. No problems fitting with Cobra floorboards or brake and clutch levers. No modifications or adjustments needed.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, look and perfect engineering of the bars.Worth every penny.

Item arrived exactly as expected. Came in much faster than projected thanks to shipping by seller. Packaging was great, with no chance of damage to the finish. As most have said it took some elbow grease to get the last of the holes to line up to mount but nothing that was overly difficult if you wait DO NOT tighten up the bolts prior to getting all in place. Looks great on the bike, exactly as I hoped.

well made, poorly engineered.some problems include, the top bolts/nuts...very difficult to install, due to spacing, but do-able, with patience; brake lever area bracket rubs against brake pedal, but a little grinding on the bracket, makes room for the brake pedal to function correctly, no need to bend the pedal as mentioned in other reviews; foot spacing between gear shift and highway bars is problematic, can't wear boots and have the boot fit under shifter to shift, but problem is solved if i wear sneakers, lol.like i said, well made, as far as materials and welds, BUT poorly engineered.this was not a project for someone who isn't at home in the garage.

BUYER BEWARE, POORLY DESIGNED PRODUCT, BAD VENDOR AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM COBRA.This is the last Cobra item I will ever purchase.Amazon, you are on a 3 month timeout for this one, I will purchase elsewhere for the next 3 months.Cobra (manufacturer) and LeatherUp (vendor through Amazon) BOTH left me hanging on this, I give them both 0 stars as well. Both LeatherUp and Cobra just lost a full exhaust system purchase, I had planned on buying the Cobra slash cuts, not any more. (Update: bought Vance & Hines 2 into 1 exhaust system locally last weekend)I was told to modify my rear brake arm and linkage to make fit.The description of the product says easy installation, it is not, you also have to drill 4 holes in your frame, bend your stock brake pedal arm and adjust the linkage. When installed there is no room for my left foot to get under my stock gear shift arm because the Highway bar is too close with my riding boots on and the brake pedal is now a foreign object and sticks up at an odd angle due to the bending and adjusting, IT JUST DOES NOT WORK, this is a very poorly designed aftermarket part. The upper right mount also interferes with the stock factory fuel line from the tank to the pump, it flattens it, can't be good for fuel flow and definitely NOT what Honda had in mind. I wish I could post pictures to show the problems.Look elsewhere, THIS ITEM IS GARBAGE, and so is the customer service from BOTH LeatherUp and Cobra. And I quote the Cobra Customer Service guy, "You're going to look really stupid when everyone else has their Cobra Highway Bar on their Bike and you don't." LOL!!! ROFL!!!!Truth is, I AM really smart NOT having an unsafe, inferior designed product on my bike. The build, welds and chrome are not bad at all, well build BUT poorly designed, it just does not function on this bike. With the holes already drilled in my frame and the time and money spent, I wish it was a better product and I didn't have to uninstall it, but for function and safety purposes it is now packaged in it's original box with all of the hardware just collecting dust.I am now attempting to sell on Craig's List, anybody want it? Hit me up, I'll make you a sweet deal.

I know these bars aren't for protection in case of an accident. I had these bars on my 1100 Sabre when I went down at 50 mph. No I don't remember the accident but the pics taken of the bike afterward show they were bent back about half way toward the engine on both sides. Doing so allowed me to be thrown from the bike and not caught or dragged with it leaving my legs intact. Yes, broke some bones in the right foot but still in one piece. I've bought another Sabre and have just installed these bars. Again they're not for protection but I won't ride without them. Tricky to install but leave everything loose till all the bolts are in and then tightener down.
