The tensioner was partly rusted and was further defective in that the mounting bolt could not pass through the mounting hole (blocked by something internal to the tensioner)??? The rest of the kit seemed fine.

The quality was spot on, as one would expect from Cloyes...however, the idler pulley was to large to work on my engine...no biggie..I just bought another smaller one & Rolled on !!

very good quality kit. everything installed perfectly. The ford Z motors have 2 different idler pulleys depending on the year. this kit contains both versions so you are covered no matter what model you have. Tensioner is the same on all models.
