When I saw that this tape was transparent, flexible and left no residue I thought it might be perfect for sealing a leaky window, and it worked out great. Its flexibility let me press it into the various molding contours and the fact that it isn't glossy but has a matte finish makes it almost disappear when applied over the white painted trim. Kind of like Scotch Magic Tape. It's quite sturdy and thick and I probably will never get around to replacing the storm window now :-)

I needed something to hold down the outside edges of my gym mats. The Eagles Mat Tape worked perfectly on my gym floor mats. It is a very strong durable adhesive hold and just to test it out I removed the pieces I used yesterday and once I lifted a corner the tape came up in one piece without leaving any residue. The ease of removal is important because I don’t want to damage my flooring. This is a serious roll of tape at 81 ft for the price.

It was a good value for the price. It’s easy to use. Better when you have two people, to avoid having air bubbles. It’s been in use for a week now, but it wasn’t quite sticky enough in my opinion. It’s going to have to be replaced this weekend. Hoping the weather temperature was affecting it, below freezing. Really wanted it to last longer, since this past week was very minimal wear. Now will it just peel off and not leave residue, we shall see.

This tape is sort of a semi-opaque yellowish. It's mostly clear but not clear like packing tape. I put it over a joint in my garbage vinyl wood apartment floor where the floor is peeling up, and it's held up well so far. No signs of damage or failure, and the edges and corners aren't peeling up. It's in a low traffic area but it does get walked on a little pretty much every day. I think if you need to tape gym mats together, this tape is your man. Get it. Use it. Love it. Heck, even abuse it; it can take it.

It's strong, it's very adhesive, keeps my wrestling mats together. It comes in 3" & 4" widths.

I had bought these square tiles to protect the floor in my home gym and inevitably, they'd get detached. I always found that annoying and didn't think about a fix until I found this. This really does hold those tiles together well. The tape didn't feel sticky so I was a bit worried as to whether this would work but it seems to grip well. I ended up using a 45 lb weight to roll on the tape to get better adhesion as the foam tiles had a bit of a texture but that seemed to get a really good result. I really like this product.

I had a problem. In my home office I have two desks side by side. One is my work desk the other is my personal desk. Frequently I am juggling between work and personal issues, so my desk chair goes back and forth between the two desks. I've not found a chair mat bit enough to handle both desks, so I have two rectangular mats. They tended to slide and either ended up overlapping or leaving a gap between them. I tried using packing tape to hold them in place. No good, it lasted about a day. I needed some type of tape to hold my chair mats in place.I searched chair mat tape on Amazon and this came up. Mat tape? Really? I read the description and saw that it was for a variety of different athletic mats. But it seems like it might do the trick. So I ordered it. This stuff is wonderful. First of all it is a lot wider than packing tape. So it really holds the mats together and doesn't come off like the packing tape did. I initially had flipped the mats over and placed the tape on the back side. But this tape is so wonderfully clear that I decided to put it on both sides. You can barely notice the tape, unless you look real close. It was easier to work with than the packing tape. I was able to get it laid down flat with no bubbles or wrinkles. And now weeks later, it is working perfectly. It holds my two mats together with my desk chair back and forther over them all day long. Not exactly what it was designed for, but I always seem to find new uses for product. So mat tape works fantastic on chair mats!!!

This stuff feels like you can’t unroll it without stretching it. And it is very flexible, so it feels like it takes several hands to lay out without wrinkles. But it seems to hold well and does what I wanted to.
