I was given the wrong tracking number and the shipment arrived late. I was able to overlook that because there was good communication. However, after 4 uses the frame bent so now one of the wheels doesn't touch the ground and it is very difficult to push. Considering I could have purchased 3 or 4 hand trucks for the price of this one cart, I expected it to last.
