I love this phone, I bought 2 for work and 1 for home to play with. They physically look modern as well as the UI. Super easy to set up with my PBX.The only thing I wish you could do with the 3PCC version is upload custom ringtones, that is locked to the CUCM version of it.

Comes well packed in a certified refurbished packaging.The firmware on my device was sip88xx.11-2-3MSR1-1.loads (April2019)After I configured the phone via its internal web based interface, it is working fine with no issue.The package contains the phone, a handset, a RJ9 cable (to connect the handset to the phone), the back-stand, and an ethernet cable.A power cable is not included. (because this is a Power-over-ethernet phone). Power cables are sold separately.This is not a home phone. This phone requires a VOIP service like RingCentral, VOIP.MS, or a home/office VOIP configuration.
