I couldn't find a paper cutter with more than a 12" radius. I couldn't even find a drywall cutter that was more than a 16" radius. I figured that a glass cutter wouldn't cut the paper and I took my chances anyway for this price and I'm extremely pleased with the results. It didn't cut through the paper, but it scored it well enough that I could use a pair of scissors and get my near-perfect circles cut. No using string and a marker, or making a bunch of lines with a ruler through the center and then making circles by free hand... (Both things that I saw on DIY/Crafting forums). Nah. THIS is the way you cut large circles in contact paper. I was considering possibly trying to remove the glass cutter and putting a blade down there, but when I tried just scoring it first I didn't even bother. The suction cup feature obviously doesn't work on contact paper, however, I'm sure the rubber came in handy for keeping it in place as I held down the center with one hand and just rotated it around the paper with the other.I wanted to write this specific use for this product just in case anybody else ever has this particular use for this item. Hopefully they see this review.I couldn't tell you how it does what it's supposed to do, but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out for my use. Don't think twice and get this for yourself if you ever need to cut large circles in paper.

Lost one little wheel thing first day using it. It works well for regular glass but not thick glass. Instructions would have been nice but I was able to figure it out

I liked the quality of the product but it came without any instructions. I knew how it worked but instructions for your first time using a circular cutter would be a support for confidence.I was fairly successful but feel I need more practice to produce good cuts.
