I purchased two of these so I would have them on hand when I needed it.... and they do not fit. Something is blocking the head so it cannot be installed on the shaft all the way. There is another comment from someone who purchased it in December and they have the same issue. Is this product a knock off?

My review and score is based on the replacements I've received which maybe the seller is unaware of. Unaware there is something blocking my handle to go all the way in the new blade. As you can see from the photos, this is an exact replacement. My original cutter allows a fine copper wire to pass thru the bottom of the blade. At first I could tell it wasn't drilled all the way thru allowing the soft tip to allow oil to the blade however since I received another blade, I can see there is plastic or rubber below the blade and I cannot pass thru the wire like on my original blade. Therefore no oil would ever flow to the blade because of this plastic/rubber and the reason I cannot get the new blade to fit onto my handle.

I have been using Toyo cutting heads for many years and find them very dependable. The cutting wheels are sharp and long lasting if kept well lubricated.
