How can this be compatible for both sram and shimano each company uses its own gear pull ration on click shift only friction shifters work for both

The rear shifter does not work with Shimano 10spd. It works for the first 3 cogs then starts skipping every 2 cogs. It works fine on the front. I am using it on 105 group.
