They look like the picture. They but they are extremely thin and are very slippy with or without chalk. It is not suitable to wear and quite frankly bad.

One of my gymnasts purchased these grips fromAmazon instead of purchasing from a gymnastics website. These grips have one abrasive side, while the other side is a slippery shiny material. Finger holes are too large, grip is very thin and only one sided. A real competitive gymnast should not be using these grips.

Only one side has leather and is gripable, it is so slippery on one side and the other side also does nothing. My daughter does gymnastics and was very disappointed when she got these grips.
