Your cart is empty.This is a great grip for the first time dowel grip user. It is narrower and smaller than the standard and narrow width grip. It is great for gymnasts with smaller and narrower hands. It comes with a buckle strap to hold the grip on the wrist. The strap is smaller and narrower than the standard width grips. The leather breaks in easier and helps the smaller gymnast keep more of their hand on the bar and feel their swing. Available in sizes XXS – L. NOTE: Grip also available in hook & loop strap. My daughter does gymnastics and these were recommended by her coach. They are made very well nice leather. They will be a little stiff when you first get them but after using them a while, they will loosen up and form to their hands/fingers. They seem a little pricey, but if they last a couple years it’s worth the upfront cost.

My 10-year-old who is training for level five picked these out and loves them! The finger holes are too small but her coaches helped her expand them with the edge of a pair of scissors. The only thing she would change is to label them left hand and right hand.

Perfect for my daughter’s small hands. It didn’t take her very long to break these in because the leather is softer than adult grips.
