Set it was simple and easy. My wires are off the floor and I can charge my car in either side of the garage. This system is simple to install and has flexibility in how charge cord hangs.

I wanted to have our EV charger stay off the ground and by purchasing this kit, I was able to do that. In retrospect, I wish I would have taken before photos, but the tesla wall charger was attached to the wall of the garage, near the 230 plug and the cable would reach both chargers, but the cable would always be on the ground, in the way, and it was just a matter of time before my wife broke something yanking/whipping the cable, vs. picking it up and walking it around.I had originally installed this with the existing 230 cable that I had run the first time. This didn't quite reach, or it was a really tight fit, where I had to a) back in b) huge the garage opening and c) pull the retractable cable nearly to the end. There's a photo of that. After trying that for a couple of days, it was annoying having to back in and re-park just to keep the cable off the ground. I'm talking like one more foot would have sealed the deal.I decided to go all in and bought a 25 foot 230V cable off amazon. I'll leave a review for that too if you want to find it. I believe it was made for RVs, but figured I'd give it a shot. Probably some liability if I tried explaiining how to wire it, but it's really easy. If you're like me and typically don't flip the breaker when messing with light switches, you can 100% be sure that breaker was off when I was messing with this.As you can see from the photos, I flipped the direction of the 230 outlet so it was facing up, and then ran the line up the wall to the wall unit, that I mounted on the ceiling. From there, this is where the product I'm reviewing came into to play and worked perfectly. I think our ceiling is a little high and I ended up using the bungee cord as the main attachment to the pulley, that also allows the bungee cord to touch the garage door rails, versus having one of the brackets rub against the garage door rails every time I pull it.So long story short, if I didn't have two Teslas, or didn't mind backing in hugging the wall, or didn't have the wall charger, or a lot of things, this would have worked out great. I had to make a lot of modications to get this unit to work, but that was on me. If you have a single vehicle and it's close to the charger, this thing would work great as is.Ultimately, I wanted something that would keep the cable off the ground and this system allowed me to do that.The actual product seems well made and instructions are fine. The anchor bolts and brackets are higher end than they could have been, or what I'd expect to find in most kits. I build a lot of things and this product didn't cheap out. Stickers are a nice touch and I'm confident if I reached out to the seller via some of the contact info given in the box, they would have responded.I'm very happy with this purchase.

UPDATE:Seller saw my Instagram message and review on here and reached out to me. They sent me out a brand new ChargeFlexV2 unit and apologized for my initial experience. I really do like the product. With careful set-up of the new unit, I have been using my new ChargeFlexV2 without issue for over a month now.INITIAL REVIEW:I initially really liked the ChargeFlexV2, but that did not last. When I attempted to adjust the tension, the internal mechanism spun uncontrollably, and stripped out the internal plastic gears. When I then attempted to further adjust, it would not hold tension at all any longer. Great idea, poor execution.I then attempted to reach the manufacturer through their social media accounts (I could not find a website or phone number to reach them), and 1 month later, I still have not received a response.Do Not Buy. Fragile product with No Customer Support.
