The lights are also smaller than my previously used lights and a bit trickier to control while soldering, but almost twice as bright.

Used for LED TV back light panel... Worked only for 2 min after switch on TV... It will become more heat... Wasted money

Great price for a strip of 100 of these little guys. They are pretty durable and can take quite a bit of 'abuse' installing but they are not bulletproof. They are advertised as bright white, which they are if viewed straight on, very bright. I used them as replacements for a couple that had failed in the backlight of a 65 inch LG wide screen TV. Best to install using a heat gun, I was surprised at how well they take the heat. I tried soldering with a very small tip iron without much success. After replacing successfully, and powering up, viewing straight on is bright white but viewing from the side the light is slightly yellowish. Slight discolor was not noticeable in picture after assembly.

Excellent quality, beautiful blue color. I used these for the turn signals in the dashboard of my 2008 Chevy Suburban.Note: Watch your temperature when working with these SMD LED's as they are very thin and VERY heat sensitive.

Extra bright nice colour, a little warmer than the 3000k I think (golden glow) by my eye more like 2500k-2700k, but not measured just as compared to house lighting. This is not a negative (for this being) going to buy lots more, tricky soldering buy more than you need, get the knack, then they are good oh yes use tweezers or burn fingers,).

Inconsistent light brightness like it's has voltage issue but it was not. Many LEDs not working and failed after install. I'm certified in SMT and through hole soldering and not overheating in any way. Just not a very good product. Have made other purchases and this was not the first that was bad. I can not recommend this product.NOTE***Seller sent replacement for one order and initially they were fine. After doing an 6 hour consistent "on" test, the LEDs failed 4 out of 8. Loose they brightness and fail completely.
