It has been so incredibly durable being exposed to Vegas heat and sun throughout the summer and is still in perfect condition. This thing is built to last and really take a beating. Good price and very high quality.

This was a birthday gift for my son and he was beyond excited to receive it. It does slide across our garages concrete floor from repeated use though. We could have maybe gone up a size for him, but can still use it comfortably. He has a pair of boxing gloves to protect his knuckles. With repeated hits I’m sure it could injure their hands for sure.

Great addition to our home gym. Bag is on a stand and height adjustable. This works great for our tight quarters and great for my 6 foot height or my wife's 5 foot height. Highly recommended.

Great for practicing martial arts. Takes a good beating. We filled ours with 6 bags of play sand. Not sure if the sand will ever come out again but at that weight, it only shifts a little on our carpet when hit hard.

Space saver and really versatile. I filled mine with water and works great. It will hop around a little on you, but not to the point where its bothersome. Forces me to move around the bag. It has a much softer feel than tradition leather and/or canvass, but after years of slamming into the hard heavy bags, this is exactly what I need. Still get a great work out, awesome for the core.Highly recommend

I initially ordered his bag just to have upper body strength and cardio I am 57 years old and even when I'm just tapping it I am able to move it across the room which is not what I was expecting with all the water that was in it in addition we added at least 50 more pounds of weights to the bottom and it's still moved across the floor I'm not saying that I punch that hard what I'm saying is they should have had something that allows this to suction itself to the floor even putting it on carpet blankets etc it's still moves I finally decided to leave it in the corner where it could not move anywhere but that gave me a limit on range on what I can do with this bag.

What a great way for people of all ages to stay in shape. It is simply built very well and can be adjusted for height very easy. Great for indoor winter time activities. It is a good size item that doesn't take up a ton of space. Get some fighting gloves and create the workout of your choice. It can be used as a kicking bag as well.
