I replaced the speaker on my Fender Champ x2 and this brought it back to life. The stock speaker was a bit flubby and lifeless but once I installed this, chords sparkled and it gave the amp extra grit and volume

It took only 10-minutes to swap out the speaker. Noted a huge improvement in tone and drive compared to the stock 4-ohm speaker.

Cambia completamente el sonido. Lo instalé en un Vox Valvetronix AD 30 VT y suena tan sabroso. La textura, el cuerpo, el color son más intensos y hace que los modelados de Vox AC30 y Fender Bassman ( me sonaba muy opaco y compacto con el parlante Vox original de fábrica ) hizo que en el primero sonara a un rock muy vintage y el Bassman muy blusero y con cuerpo y textura muy agradable. Mejoró por completo el modelado del Marshall JCM 800 que ya me gustaba, ahora se siente con más consistencia en el ataque. Todo todo todo mejoró y ahora puedo jugar con el rico crunch de todos los modelados que tiene éste bello amplificador Vox Valvetronix AD 30 VT. Solo eso sí, al parecer se debe ablandar primero porque en principio se escuchaba como que muy gangoso y fue adquiriendo esos sonidos exquisitos pasando el tiempo. Y también tuve que cambiar la ecualización de como lo venía usando con el Vox original, porque además, me permitió entender y escuchar cómo trabaja la tecnología valve reactor del amplificador.

I love this speaker… I bought the V type g10 to pair with my peavey classic 20.., it has beautiful highs, punchy midrange , and low voicing to fall in love with. I’ve been writing and playing my own material for years… most all my life, and this speaker brings my music to light like never before! I recommend it to anyone with a home recording studio. Like it’s big brother the G 12….it has everything tonal voicing could ask for.

Had to cut out the baffle so the hole was large enough. The stock speaker was ok, sounds good, nothing wrong with it but this upgrade made it sound much bigger and fuller.

Un altavoz de gama alta muy versátil de origen mejorado del Vintage 30 con la ventaeja sobre otros muy buenos, donde se comporta exelente en limpios y graves en mi opinión no hay otro igual, por lo que puedo recomendar ampliamente estoy más que complacido con la compra.

I replaced the stock speaker in a Vox VT40x modeling amp with this Celestion. Significant improvement in sound quality across all ranges. It made a good practice amp great in about 10 minutes to make the exchange. Would highly recommend this speaker looking for total quality at an value based price.
