I’m so happy with these skewers! We love doing kabobs, but I can’t stand using the cheap wooden skewers. No matter how long we soaked them in water, then always burnt and broke. So let’s talk about these stainless steel ones. First, I love that they come with a case and I love that they come with the racks to have the option to not lay the skewers on the grill. The skewers are long, thick, and really good quality. They don’t feel or look flimsy or cheap. As you can see in my picture, they fit a ton of shrimp, which is really important in my house. I love that the skewers aren’t round and instead flat, making it easy to rotate to the other side without all the food spinning. The ring to slide all the food off is pretty genius too. It worked great to take all the veggies off, but with all the shrimp we packed on, it was a little harder to slide it all off. Long story short, buy them. I will definitely be buying a second set.

This is a nice set. I have been shopping for metal skewers for a while, specifically the flat variety. They are easier to handle, easier to turn, and minimize food rolling around on the skewer (think flipping the skewer, a piece of meat rolls around and stays uncooked side up and does not cook properly with the rest of the food). Cave Tools tried to do a bit too much with the "Food Remover Disc".The disc itself is a bit of cheap metal with a slot that the skewer goes through. It really is not that difficult to slide food off of a skewer (even a wood skewer) and just create another piece to the skewer that is difficult to clean, and just generally gets in the way.That aside, and as I said before, this is a great set. The stainless steel is easy to clean, it includes a kebab rack that will hold five skewers at a time, and a nice case to hold it all.

This set is really interesting and functional. I like that it includes standoffs and rings to easily push off the food. However, I wish the handles were a bit more substantial, and perhaps even heat-resistant. Despite that, the skewers work well and should be easy to maintain since they’re stainless steel. The included storage bag is a nice touch as well. I recommend this set for anyone looking to up their grilling game.

Quality is fantastic and the value for the amount of pieces you get is great! Love the all metal design as this ensures you don't have sticks of wood burning up or breaking when making kebabs. The stands can come in handy if you're needing to keep em higher off the grill, but I won't be using them for maximum char. Design is simple. Quality is there. Don't know what else you need for kebab skewers

These are very long compared to previous skewers I have owned. I especially like the holders that go on each end, so the food doesn't have to actually touch the grates. It acts more like a rotisserie. Also, good to just place them on if not used directly on the grill. The only issue I had was as much as I love the sliding ring at the end that helps you remove the food easily, one was not pinched properly at the end of the skewer to keep it from falling off. Minor detail. Overall, they have very sharp edges because of the way the metal is cut so they are easy to load the food onto but be careful, you can cut yourself if careless.

These skewers are really heavy duty with heavy duty rack that holds five skewers at a time. Comes with a really nice storage bag that has a hook loop. I love that each skewer has a food guard that allows you to easily slide your food off the skewer. Bonus points for having a “tang” on the end that prevents the guard from falling off. So many thoughtful touches. Very well made, well designed and look fantastic. Highly recommended.

This is a pretty decent set of skewers, seems to be well made with thick steel for skewers and the grilling racks. Pouch is decents as well, and the whole set makes for a nice presentation if given as a gift. Use wise though the story is a bit different. While the skewers are thick, the metal is fairly soft and has no bounch to its. Meaning if you end up bending the skewer it gets deformed. And while the food remover disks are a nice thought, in practice you are trying to move everything that's stuck to the skewer from one end ot the other squishing the meat and vegetables. You'r better off sliding everything off by hand. The disks were also too much in the way since my grill has a lip and i constantly had to readjust the disks the skewers and their position on the grill. The racks though are fantastic and made of solid steel. At 375F they had no issues holding up to the heat, and i'll have no concerns throwing them on an open fire for grilling unlike the skewers.

My husband (he's the cook) kept mumbling that he needed a good set of skewers. Like lots of others, he'd been using the wooden ones for years and wanted something better. When I saw these I showed them to him and his eyes lit up so I grabbed them for him. He used them the day after they showed up at the door. They were even better than he expected, he was thrilled that they were flat rather round so food stays put. The rack was something he hadn't ever really thought about but after one use he was hooked. The scrapers are okay but aren't very strong if you're trying to push something heavy like thick pieces of steak or lamb. The case is handy, especially if you're a camper/hiker, there's a strap on the back that you can use to tie it to your pack. These are a really good deal for the price.
