I bought this set for my 10-year-old, and he loves it! He plays with his brother all the time, and they have so much fun together. The bats are lightweight and easy to hold, and the plastic balls are just the right size. It's perfect for practicing batting skills or just having a good time in backyard.

These bags were dirt cheap and came in quickly. As rough as my boys are on them they are perfect. No one has broken them yet, but they are still cheap. Don't have high expectations otherwise you will be let down. They are great for what they are.

The bats are sturdy. Because they are both the same color, our grandkids did not fight over them. They look like they'll hold up for many years, in spite of the kids throwing them, hugging them, and leaving them out in the elements. That goes for the balls too, if they're not lost.

I like that, the baseball bat came with the balls in the pack which is excellent. These are wiffle type balls with the holes in them. It worked for me because I have a smaller backyard and the plastic balls and bats were sturdy enough for us to play and have a good time and at the same time, not too heavy to do any kind of damage if balls hit my window or someone slipped and threw the bat (which did happen a few times). They were definitely a good option for my smaller backyard and to have a bit of fun playing baseball.

My kids are into baseball, play baseball and breathe baseball basically. When outside with the neighborhood kids, they cannot use the normal aluminum baseball bats and balls. So, this was the next best thing. I realize these are for adults because of the size of the bats so this review has nothing to do with it being played by children. The bat itself is made of plastic and the plastic is honestly not that thick and durable. You are able to bend it. I feel it isn't the sturdiness in terms of playing with it for a long period of time but it's okay for outside play. The balls are simple, just regular plastic balls that are lightweight. You are able to grip the ball and balls easily no matter the age. Anyone can have fun playing with this as long as it holds up over time. Overall, I think this product could use some improvement.

My son (8) has been watching the World Series and getting excited about baseball, so I thought this set would be a nice way to get him familiar with the basic mechanics of hitting without too much danger or expense. These bats are very lightweight, but they are much harder and sturdier than the plastic bats we had when I was a kid. They also seem molded together very well so they held their shape and did not dent or bend while we used them. We used the bats only with the included balls, which were the standard plastic baseballs with holes that I have been used to my whole life. My son wanted to try the bat on a real ball, and I don't think the bat would have survived more than a few hits.So for what it was, I think this set is great. It is durable and fun to play with when used as intended.
