The quality of LotBall gear is top notch and much better than their competitors. You really feel the quality when you pick these up and handle them. My son loves the strike zone and allows him to have a target to throw at. It comes with a nice carrying bag, You can break down the strike zone target for easy storage in the bag when you are done with it. As per most of my kids stuff, my son has left it out in the yard laying on the grass for a few weeks and it's held up to the cold/rain/snow as we haven't hit true spring yet in the Northeast. The durability has held up to many weeks of rough treatment by my kids so I am optimistic.

This is a very nice baseball set that allows you to play "enhanced" backyard baseball! The ball is unique in that its design and holes allow you to more easily throw breaking balls - it is fairly easy to follow the included instructions to be able to throw balls that has various movement to them. While it obviously isn't the same as hitting a real baseball, I feel like it makes it more fun for kids to practice hand-eye coordination and to follow the ball as it moves before trying to hit it.I was also impressed with the target - it is built very sturdily and should prove to be durable even with continued usage. If you live in a windy area, I would probably stake down the target though to prevent it from falling over; it is pretty lightweight.Putting this together was a bit involved the first time through, but once you do it a couple of times, it is pretty easy to do. It comes with a nice carrying bag as well, in case you wanted to take the fun elsewhere, such as a nearby park or a neighbor's backyard!
