A specicial design to protect surface from being scratched while polishing, to reduce the abrasion for both pad itself, plate and surface.
1.Add detergent to the warm water to wet the polishing disc.
2.Squeeze out the stain by repeated squeezing. 3.Rinse with fresh water.
4.Repeatedly squeezing to remove most of the water.
5.Dry the remaining water with the polishing machine.
6.The pad needs to dry completely

The yellow and orange pad are clearly reversed in my 5 inch kit. The 3 inch is according to what they claim. There isn't a single person or business that can do something without some kind of deception or lie somewhere. It will be there, it's just a matter of seeing it. This is in spite out of evil taking all people for utter fools at all times. Those deceived can only deceive others. People will switch brands if they found they have been taken, but they are all the same no matter where someone goes. You never know where the lie may be. It's all over the place with contradictions and people saying the exact perfect opposite to each other. One review says a tire is quite.....the other says it's loud as all hell and garbage about the exact same product.Otherwise the pads are easy to breathe through and I believe that makes them open cell foam. They feal good and I doubt much more expensive ones are much better in this case....if at all. Open cell is said to be thougher than closed cell and I believe that is generally true. These should be able to handle a long throw DA as they are thougher and have a hole in the middle to help with heat build up that a long throw will cause more of at the center of the pad. They feel very similar to Bauer pads which are 10$ each at harbor freight which are probably rebranded more expensive rupes pads or something similar. The polishing(blue) and finishing (red) pads feel proper and there is a difference between all pads. The difference will be smaller compared to a 3 or 4 pad kit since there is 5 here.I closed my eyes and scrambled the yellow and orange and felt them by hand and rubbed them to see which I think is more aggressive. I picked yellow as more aggressive every single time. It makes a higher pitched louder thud on the wood floor and is closer to green than the orange one.Who knows what they are doing. The 3 inch pads by spta I'm having a harder time discerning between yellow and orange.....but with the 3 inch I have to say orange is slightly more aggressive than yellow. Orange makes a slightly louder and higher pitched thud tapping on wood floor. With red being the deepest and quietest.With my 5 inch it's reversed and orange is clearly deeper and softer than yellow. Green was obvious in both sizes.So there is is. A contradiction is the answer. With *my* 5 inch spta yellow is clearly more aggressive than orange. But with *my* 3 inch spta the orange is a little more aggressive than yellow.You may test and check them to be sure what yours may be so your not going more aggressive when you think it's less, and vice versa. Because they clearly vary and can vary.

I haven't used these much but the have performed well. They are easy to use and seem very durable if used properly. I definitely plan to use them in plenty of future projects. Definitely worth the money!

Hobbiest at best. I love diy stuff and polishing is relaxing and doing it youself is WAY cheaper than paying. I did 2 whole BMWs, grand caravan, camry and a ram 2500. Pad are still good to go. Just was/rince them out before you stor them ofcourse

Very good product. Used on 10 year old paint and could not believe the difference. Used as per instructions and the time it takes is well worth the results.
