- Trim the outline and cut it.
- Metric and imperial marked gauges.

The product itself is durable and works as advertised. My problem was where to use it. I used new flooring as an excuse to get this tool and thought I would love it and it would make cuts easier for me. In reality most the times I tried to use it I could not get a good angle to make it work for me. It was either too deep for the tool under cabinets or too deep of an inside corner. I mostly ended up using it as another reference for a few cuts rather than replacing my eyes and tape measure. I really wanted to love this tool. I even loaned it to a friend doing flooring to see if it helps him at all. I see this more likely being used for marking for cuts around pipes. Its a cool idea...

I am a bit disappointed. I ordered this product for my Uncle for Fathers Day. I received my package on time. BUT. As I opened the mail bag the product fell from the box. Turned out I received an already opened package. The product was out of the plastic wrappings which were stuffed at the bottom of the box and the products pushed back in. I also found a small screwdriver inside the box under the plastic bags stuffed at the bottom of the product box. So I am not sure if I received everything or if there was an instruction or information sheet or anything. Or if the product I received was a used product while I had ordered a brand new product.

This is the best thing ever! I need to create a template for cutting around pipes. This worked great. Traced it on the plywood and cut it out. Perfect fit. So glad I bought this!
