These gloves will work well for bag practice, but we decided that the padding is not sufficient for actual sparring. These would probably work well for beginners and are comfortable to wear. If you are looking for a lower price glove, these work well.

These Muay Thai gloves fit really well and are easy to adjust. I like the way they wrap around the wrist and give plenty of support.They are easy to move your fingers and grapple with. The only reason why I deducted 1 star is because although the padding is sufficient, I feel it could be a little better.Overall, a nice fitting pair of gloves that are great for the gym, grappling, or hitting the bag.

I am no MMA fighter. I'm an older guy who doesn't want to lose fights. I got the gloves so I can fight my punching bag which doesn't hit back.I love that the gloves are true to size. They fit like a glove. I also love that they are comfortable. The raised pad in the palm is nice, but I don't think I would want it there if I were in a fight. It would make it hard to grip and hold because you have a puffy pillow in the palm of your hand. For my purpose, I really like the gloves and would recommend them to others.

These are fine for bag work and light sparring, but they are a far cry from professional MMA gloves. The padding is thin, the wrist wraps really don't do anything, and the fit is small. I'm 6'3" with big, but not huge, hands and the XXL is tight on me. Since I only really wanted something to protect my skin when hitting the bag, these gloves are good enough for me. I wouldn't use them for serious MMA training though.

My boyfriend and I recently started boxing, and we were in need of some gloves. These are great! I wanted something that had the fingers out, as our coach makes us do push ups and it is just uncomfortable with regular gloves. The quality is good, price is great, and they are comfortable to wear. Enough cushion that your hands don't hurt and the bag doesn't get damaged. My only comment is that these are universal size, so they are slightly big for me, but fit my boyfriend perfectly, so if you have small hands like me, this might not be the product for you. Other than that, would recommend.

I’m not sure why but the hard part of the Velcro can poker cut you while you’re putting the gloves on because it is extremely rigid and sharp. This is a huge problem with these gloves. They do fit pretty well and have the under wrist and over wrist, Velcro straps, which are nice if it didn’t hurt so much when putting them on. Additionally the pads over the fingers are good, but on the little finger, it doesn’t cover your knuckles completely so you don’t get a lot of padding on that finger otherwise they’re decent.
