Not many miles on product yet. If you know how to adjust shifter goes easy. Seems solid. Transaction was kind of strange. The accepted payment then returned money to my account. A week later they took the payment again. Overall all worked out. Would purchase products from this company again.

Da es als Ersatzteil bestellt wurde, war die gute Qualität bereits bekannt. Die Lieferzeit war auch sehr gut.

Put it on a giant E-bike mountain bike and shift on point, perfect gear range, worth every penny. Worries about the shift lever breaking but other then that, it's like built with durability not weight saving. Everything simplified, like if 90's tech, durability with today standers and range!

So far, the product is working well on my Schwinn Axum. Switching is smooth. It was not obvious the derailleur fit to my bike while installation, but finally everything is ok.

Noticed Cassette was wobbling. Further inspection shows it was defective and coming apart. Unsure how this is literally brand new out of the box. Kind of hard to return whole drivetrain when the other parts are installed on bike

I upgraded my kids MTB with a box 4 groupset and 32T chainring. On a 20” 42 teeth is probably as big as you can go without the derailleur touching the wheel. With a cadence of 80-100 on his 20” 2.2 tyres he rangers from about 6kmph to 30kmph, perfect for a serious kids MTB, and 8 gears is much much better than 12 for kids. My six year old is a bit of a cycling star who accompanies me on 30 mile routes and 1000m vertical ascents etc. We have no issues with the setup which was done in a pro bike-shop, the chain has only fallen of once or twice in a year of constantly use. Box has been integral to his success - thank you Box.

Great groupset. Comes with everything you need to go 1x. You get the shifter, cable and housing, cable ends, derailleur, 11-42 cassette and chain. I do all my own bike work and have for years now,so installing and dialing in were a breeze. Someone with limited or no experience may need to have the work done at their local bike shop. Once dialed this thing shifts like butter and has plenty of range for the trails in my area. I just can't see budget 1x groupsets getting much better than this. The derailleur clutch is hella strong, combine this with a narrow wide chainring and chain drops and chain slap are a thing of the past. My only complaint and the reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is the fact that you cannot disengage the clutch resulting in a wrestling match when removing the wheel. Only really an issue if you need to make a quick Trailside repair of anything on the rear wheel. This is just a minor inconvenience for me. I highly recommend for anyone looking to go 1x on a budget.

Fantastic upgrade for a 1998 Giant. Easy to install and covers most of the gear ratios for the original 3 x 8 setup.
